Sioux Lookout Zone Family Physicians

The SLZFPA provides three different types of accommodations for visiting physicians.

• 9 plex apartments - furnished two bedroom apartments which include kitchenware and shared laundry facilities.
• Trailers - furnished three bedroom mobile homes which include kitchenware and laundry facilities.
• Nurse's Residence - furnished single staff residence with separate laundry room area.

Cable TV and wireless internet are available in all accommodations. Upon your arrival you will receive a welcoming food box, however all food from that point will be your responsibility during your stay.

Vacancies at the time of your arrival will determine which particular unit you will be staying in.

Physicians also have a call room available for their use while on call. The call room is available 24 hours per day and includes a sofa bed, massage chair, cable TV and a DVD/VCR unit. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and water cooler.
